License Policy

License Subject

This License Policy governs the use of mockups provided on the lisastudios.se website (hereinafter referred to as “Mockups”) in accordance with the terms specified herein.

License Scope

This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable in case of violation of its terms.

You are granted the right to use Mockups solely for presentation and showcasing purposes. Mockups may be used in portfolios, client presentations, websites, social media, and advertising material, provided such use is exclusively for demonstrating design work.

Restrictions

a) You may not distribute Mockup source files (e.g., PSD, TIF, or similar formats) in any way, including but not limited to websites, file transfers, external services, email, or FTP.

b) Selling, licensing, sublicensing, or otherwise monetizing Mockups is strictly prohibited. This applies to both original and modified versions.

c) For avoidance of doubt: Even after replacing the sample design with your own and saving the Mockup as a flattened file, you may not sell, license, or profit directly from the Mockup itself.

The Mockups may only serve as a background or medium to showcase other creative work.

Usage of Mockups

After modifying a Mockup (e.g., replacing the sample design with your own) and saving it as a flattened graphic file, distribution in this format is permitted only for showcasing purposes (e.g., to clients, in portfolios, advertising, websites, online stores, or social media). Such distribution must not constitute the sale, licensing, or commercialization of the Mockup itself.

No Source Attribution Requirement

When using Mockups from lisastudios.se, it is not required to include a link or any other information indicating the source of the Mockups.

Other Conditions

a) This license applies only to Mockups downloaded from the lisastudios.se website and does not extend to other materials available on the website.

b) All Mockups provided on the lisastudios.se website remain the exclusive property of LISA Studios AB.

c) Any violation of these terms will result in the automatic termination of this license and may lead to legal action.

Liability Disclaimer

LISA Studios AB shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of Mockups provided on the lisastudios.se website.

Governing Law

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under this license shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
